Hommade chicken curry

A quick & short + yumm reciepe for Indian chicken curry. Easy breezy to cook and eat it up with steamed rice or flatbreads.

Take a pressure cooker and put organic mustard oil. When the oil is hot fry 2 big chopped onions until transparent, put ginger garlic paste ( nothing can beat the taste of freshly ground paste) and cumin & dhaniya powder. Add cinnamon, clove & cardamom powder. Put the chicken & fry in the paste along with turmeric and salt. Let the chicken pieces soak in the masala. After 15 minutes of frying add water & pressure cook it. Mmmm… just hog it!

It smells and tastes good… *burrp*

Easy on the stomach too for the summers 😗
